Refund & Returns Policy

Quill Hound Publishing, LLC values our readers and strives to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Physical Products (Books)

If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at morgan@theknightofromance.com.
We will provide a replacement copy at no additional cost, or issue a full refund upon return of the defective item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)

All sales of digital downloads are final once the file has been delivered.
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at morgan@theknightofromance.com. We will provide assistance to ensure you receive your product successfully.

Refund Processing
