Smoky Maple Bourbon Smash

Sweet, citrusy, woodsy, and warm. This cocktail is comfort with a little edge.
The maple syrup brings velvety sweetness, the lemon lifts it all, and the rosemary (especially smoked) adds an earthy seduction that lingers like a whispered promise in the fall air.

Ingredients
Instructions
2 oz bourbon (a bold, oaky one works best)
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz real maple syrup (preferably Grade A dark amber)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 small sprig fresh rosemary
Optional: splash of club soda
Garnish: rosemary sprig (smoked, if you dare) and lemon wheel
In a shaker, gently muddle the rosemary with lemon juice and maple syrup.
Add bourbon and bitters, then fill with ice.
Shake like the wind through autumn leaves until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Optional: Top with a splash of club soda for brightness.
Garnish: Add a lemon wheel and a sprig of rosemary. Lightly torch the rosemary for a smoky aroma that lingers in the air.

One story is tempting - but the full collection is intoxicating. Indulge in the full experience. Nine sultry nights await inside The Knight Of Romance.
